Booking Form

Article 1 The rental period is only for the period shown in the contract and the client has no right whatsoever to remain on the property at the end of the specified period. Bookings are Saturday to Saturday during peak season with arrivals after 4 pm and departures before 10 am.

Article 2 Rental includes gas and electricity. In low season these are charged as extras.

Article 3 This contract comes into force once the proprietor has received the 50% deposit and a signed copy of this contract.

Article 4 The balance of the rental is due upon arrival.

Article 5 Cancellation on the part of the client will lead to the part or total forfeiture of the rent as follows:

More than 90 days before the start of the rental period 10% of the deposit
60 - 90 days before the start of the rental period 25% of the deposit
31 - 59 days before the start of the rental period 50% of the deposit
21 - 30 days before the start of the rental period 75% of the deposit
0 - 20 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the deposit

Article 6 If, due to force majeure, the proprietor cancels the rental the client will be reimbursed of all funds paid to date and, if the client so wishes, the proprietors will use their best efforts to secure similar accommodation in the same area on the behalf of the client.

Article 7 In case of interruption of the stay on the part of the client there will be no reimbursement

Article 8 The contract is for a maximum of 6 people. This number may not be exceeded without written permission from the proprietors. All accommodation services are solely for the use of those named on the booking form.

Article 9 Animals are not allowed

Article 10 Clients will sign an inventory on arrival and departure. All breakages and damages are the responsibility of the client. A security deposit of 200 Euros will be due on arrival and will be refunded on departure after the inventory check.

Article 11 Cleaning is included in the rental. Any abnormal cleaning charges will be deducted from the security deposit based on an hourly rate per cleaner required.

Article 12 There is no diving in the pool, and children must be accompanied at all times. Anyone wearing non-waterproof suntan oil must shower before entering the water. Only plastic plates and 'glasses (provided) may be used on the poolside.

Article 13 No responsibility can be taken for injuries sustained on the property.

Article 14 If you should have any complaints then please notify the proprietors immediately so that remedial action can be taken without delay.

Article 15 The proprietor retains the right to enter the property at any reasonable time to deal with any necessary repairs or problems.

Article 16 The description of the property is given in good faith.

This contract is governed by the laws of France and is made for your protection as much as ours.
